ULTRASOUND CAVITATION
non-invasive, cosmetic treatment that targets specific areas of the body
Ultra Sound Cavitation
Ultrasonic cavitation is a non-invasive, cosmetic treatment that targets specific areas of the body that are prone to holding stubborn fat pockets. Ultrasound Cavitation utilizes low-frequency sound waves and, in some cases, a light vacuum suction device. This process heats and vibrates the layer of fat cells below the skin’s surface. The pressure eventually causes the fat cells to liquefy and release their fatty acids into the bloodstream. Once this disturbance of the fat cells occurs, the body is able to process the fatty acids through it’s waste-disposal system, otherwise known as the lymphatic drainage system. Ultrasound Cavitation is a safe and effective therapy to combat fat pockets around the body. Patients can expect to see optimum results between 10-12 sessions. The exact number of treatments needed will vary due to factors such as age, weight, and the area being treated.Treatment duration is 60 mins.
WHAT IS ULTRASOUND CAVITATION?
Ultrasound Cavitation uses leading edge technology it converts fat cells into liquid which can then be naturally drained by the body’s own natural filtration system, the lymphatic drainage system. Generally one fat cavitation treatment lasts 60 minutes where a single part of the body is treated. 48 hours must pass between each session so that the body can eliminate the fat. The minimum suggested number of fat cavitation sessions is 8, however most patients are more satisfied with 12.
WHICH TREATMENT AREAS ARE MOST EFFECTIVE?
All those areas with localized fat pockets. Areas such as thighs, abdomen, flanks, buttocks and upper arms are the most effective treatment areas.
